I usual don't eat breakfast, just lunch and dinner. This isn't a good habit, especially when work has long mornings and sometimes have to skip lunch. So I made a dish that easy to make and fill your belly through the morning. Fresh fruit in oatmeal. I threw some grapes and strawberry in a bowl of warm oatmeal. I was full till lunch. Or I just spread strawberry cream cheese onto an English muffin. Rices cakes if you're on a particular diet.
